We offer fast and reliable shipping services to ensure your scarves reach you in perfect condition. You'll receive a tracking number for your order so you can monitor its delivery status every step of the way. Most orders are FREE postage. Orders of a certain weight will incur postage fees.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your scarf, you can return or exchange it hassle-free. Just contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you with the process.

Our Guide to caring for your new scarf

We all know there is that moment when a spill happens on your favourite scarf! In general we would always recommend handwashing in a non bio detergent. Drip dry and a cool iron will have your scarf looking pristine again. There will be exceptions within our collections, 100% pure wool and our silk scarves we would always recommend dry clean only.
